The West Bergen Center for Children and Youth offers a specialized, short-term program designed to help children who are experiencing significant anxiety, alleviate their symptoms. Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental health problems that affect children and adults. Anxiety presents in many different ways and requires careful evaluation to determine the best course of treatment. Our team of highly skilled therapists utilize the most current and clinically efficacious treatment to help children master current difficulties and develop greater coping skills for the future.
