Child Psychiatrist Board Certified/Eligible

Position responsibilities include providing direct psychiatric evaluations for clients assigned, functioning as part of a clinical team which provides emergency care and evaluation, medical screening, medication monitoring, treatment planning, diagnosis, and consultation.  Therapeutic care is delivered via multidisciplinary team including all clinical staff. Up to 12 hrs per week. Requires NJ licensure and Board Certified/ Eligible in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. Personal malpractice insurance of $1/3,000,000, required.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner -  APN

The services to be provided by the Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive privileges, are designed to manage both complex psychiatric and common medical problems of children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders. Using a Collaborative Agreement with the Program Psychiatrist, the Nurse Practitioner will assess and diagnose illness states, initiate psychotropic medication (as needed) and other therapeutic interventions based on a treatment plan developed in collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary treatment team. The nurse will also assume primary medication monitoring management under supervision by the overseeing psychiatrist. Up to 12 hours per week.

Qualification include NJ State Licensure with Prescriptive Priveleges, CPR Certification, ANA certification as a Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Personal malpractice insurance of $1/3,000,000.

Staff Therapist Position Available

Seeking  a Full Time, Fully Licensed Therapist ( LCSW, LPC, etc.) to work with Asperger’s Related Services. This position includes Therapeutic Social Skills Groups, Comprehensive Evaluations and Individual  and Family  treatment.  Previous experience working with children and adults with Asperger’s Syndrome preferred.  This is a full time (35 hour) position, with an attractive benefits package available including, medical, dental, vision, life, ltd ins., paid time off, 403B pension plan and flex spending.

Residential Case Manager

The Residence Case Manager provides supervision and support to clients on caseload living in a group home/community setting. Qualifications are as follow; one year experience in a residential mental health setting is required; BA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a mental health, health, or other appropriate human services related discipline; a licensed registered nurse; a combination of one or more years of college plus related work or life experience together equaling four years (The individual is required to have at least one year of related work or life experience, if the four year college education does not meet the requirements above); a license as a practical nurse plus two years of related work or life experience; or a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience. Valid drivers license meeting insurance carrier criteria.  Approximately 36 hrs per week, including day, evening and Saturday hours. Residential Counselor (Relief)

The Residential Worker provides supervision and support to clients living in a group home/community setting.   BA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a mental health, health, or other appropriate human services related discipline; a licensed registered nurse; a combination of one or more years of college plus related work or life experience together equaling four years ( The individual is required to have at least one year of related work or life experience, if the four year college education does not meet the requirements above. ) ; a license as a practical nurse plus two years of related work or life experience; or a high school diploma or the equivalent, plus four years of related work or life experience.
