Residential Program

West Bergen’s Residential Program provides clients with a full range of residential housing options. Our spectrum of residential placements and supportive services provide clients with the level of supervision that they need to successfully maintain themselves within the community.

Levels of housing include:

• Supervised Group Homes
• Semi-supervised Apartments
• In-home Services
• Community Supportive Housing

Priority for residential placement is given to individuals in process of discharge from Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital and Bergen Regional Medical Center. Clients must also be appropriate for admission to West Bergen’s Partial Care Program
